This policy explains what happens to your information when you use FontGeneratorCopyAndPaste.com ("the site", "we", "us"). The short version: the font generator runs in your browser, you don't need an account, and we don't collect the text you type.

The text you type

Every font is generated on your own device by code running in your browser. The text you type is not sent to our servers, and we can't see it.

What's stored on your device

To remember your choices, the site saves a few settings in your browser's local storage:

• Fonts you mark as favorites
• Custom font styles you save
• Your last style filter and device filter

This data stays in your browser. We never receive it. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Your clipboard

When you click a font or a Copy button, the site writes that text to your clipboard. The site never reads your clipboard.

Accounts and cookies

There are no accounts and no sign-up. The site does not set cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify you.

Third-party services

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because we don't keep personal data about you beyond short-lived server logs, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question or a request about your data, contact us and we'll respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
